All bookings are subject to availability and must be made through our website. Payments can be made through our website using a credit or debit card. 100% due at time of booking. If there are any questions please contact us.
Cancellation Policy: 100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance. You can also follow this early check in (link).
Property Description and Amenities

Occupancy
The maximum occupancy for each property is stated on the website. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any extra guests not included in the booking.
Damage and Cleanliness
Guests are responsible for leaving the property in a clean and orderly condition. Any damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to their credit card on file. A pre-authorization of USD 750.00 is held on day of arrival and voided on 7 days after departure.

We are not liable for any damages, injuries or losses incurred by guests during their stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being and should take appropriate precautions.
